What success looks like (outcomes)
In your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Run high-quality discovery conversations that uncover real business pain
- Confidently present 7th Level solutions tied directly to prospect goals
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM and predictable pipeline
- Close deals with founders, sales leaders, and executives
- Improve your close rate, deal size, and cycle time over time
- Represent the 7th Level brand with professionalism and confidence
What you’ll actually do
- Run inbound and outbound sales conversations with qualified prospects
- Lead discovery calls focused on diagnosis, not pitching
- Present and sell 7th Level programs (training, coaching, consulting)
- Handle objections with confidence and clarity
- Follow a structured sales process and continuously refine it
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and offers
- Commit to ongoing personal sales mastery and skill development

Experience that helps (but isn’t required)
- 1–5+ years of B2B sales or closing experience
- Experience selling high-ticket services, training, or SaaS (bonus)
- Experience selling to founders, executives, or sales leaders
- Background in consultative or challenger-style selling
